From the initial contact with us you will receive one dedicated account manager who will be your main contact person. Your account manager will be with you from the first day of compiling the perfect proposal until the final moment of the execution of your program. Our account managers are again supported by our team of operation managers and airport assistance are making sure we are everywhere and on top of everything!  Working with detailed event resumes, we provide you with transparency in our work so you can sit back and let go and still always know what is going on if your client will ask.

We are looking for a;

Coordinator “Group Travel Programs & Events”

To support our planning team we are looking for a new coordinator. As the ‘Coordinator Group Travel Programs & Events’ you will be responsible for planning group travel programs and or events ranging from airport arrival to group dinners, team buildings, tours, as well as well special themed corporate parties. As the main contact for your clients, you will be responsible to arrange everything from start to finish, including all from the sales procedure to the planning and finally executing of the events.  It is your main goal to perfectly arrange everything for our clients and deliver them the piece of "Serenity" that we promise when they choose Business Serenity as their program & events planner. 

Your profile:

  • You are an excellent organizer and excel in time management & love standard planning procedures
  • You are very responsible and like to go the extra mile to deliver what was promised. Delivering quality and giving service is important to you.
  • You are pro-active  and you don't wait for others to solve problems
  • You like doing sales and you get energy from up-selling and making profits
  • You don’t mind flexible hours, working holidays and weekends when you have events
  • You like to learn new things and grow in your career

 

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a management field (University or "HBO")
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is a must. Preferably also Spanish written and spoken. Papiamentu or Dutch is preferred, but not a must.
  • A driver’s license and your own transportation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Good destination knowledge of Curaçao

Part Time Administratief Medewerker

Organisatiebureau ‘Business Serenity’, wat zich richt op team-buildings, zakelijke groepsreizen en zakelijke evenementen, en toer- en transportbedrijf ‘Serenity Transfers & Tours’, met haar eigen busvloot en innovatieve toers, zoeken versterking van het team met een; 

PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIEF MEDEWERKER


Functie Omschrijving:

  • Inboeken crediteuren en stroomlijnen betalingsbeleid
  • Opstellen van facturen en ondersteuning debiteuren en incasso
  • Controleren en inboeken van de wekelijkse tour inkomsten
  • Controleren en inboeken van de wekelijkse transport inkomsten
  • Ondersteuning met payroll taken, zoals het controleren van uren en onkosten, inleveren mutaties bij SVB en dergelijke
  • Kasbeheer en het doen van kasstortingen
  • Correct inboeken en controleren van de bankstatements

Kwalificaties:

  • Minimaal twee jaar ervaring in het gebruik van Quickbooks of aanverwante software en een intuitief begrip van online software systemen
  • Afgeronde MBO opleiding of soortgelijke cursus in de richting Administratie
  • Gestructureerd, accuraat, efficient, leergierig en integer
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en/of Engels
  • Eigen vervoer is een pre

Wij bieden een jonge dynamische werkomgeving, waar veel aandacht wordt besteed aan training en ontwikkeling van iedereen in het team. De administratrief medewerker werkt ondersteunend en rapporteert direct aan de directeur. De functie is voor 20 uur per week, vijf dagen per week, waarbij de indeling van de uren bespreekbaar is. Vergoeding wordt op basis van kwalificaties marktconform bepaald.
