Miracle-Ear recently completed its annual Platinum Club trip at the Hyatt Regency in Curacao. Since 1997, we have been hosting this annual adventure for the very best of our Franchisees. Your capable assistance in planning and executing our program was not only deeply appreciated by me, but also by our Franchisees, who continually had accolade comments about every aspect of their trip and all the services that you provided. We engaged you to plan and manage every aspect of the destination services that we required, from airport greeting and shuttle transportation, to all the meals and activities that we wanted to offer to our group.
